Renaissance Hunting Knife designed by Bruce Brookhart
Renaissance Hunting Knife
A major past time for nobles throughout the middle ages and the renaissance was the hunt. This stylish knife is large enough to disjoint game, as it was common practice to cut away the desired parts and leave the rest for the wolves. This knife would have also served as an effective fighting knife as well, being light and fast. Steel parts with a wood grip covered in glove leather are peened onto the lightly re-curved blade. Wood covered with leather with ring and belt loop for ease of carry. Exceedingly sharp blade from tough 5160-carbon steel.
